Pricing – KinksCloset Sex Toys hold the right to change prices to any product without notice. In the event that a product price is listed incorrectly due to a typographical error, KinksCloset Sex Toys have the right to refuse or cancel any purchase made of any product if listed with the incorrect price. If a payment has already been made and the order is cancelled due to the incorrect price then the full amount will be promptly refunded to you, using the method of payment selected.

KinksCloset Sex Toys will not under any circumstances pass on your details to any third party without your prior consent. Shipping – All of our items are shipped via a third party carrier. Once you have completed your order KinksCloset Sex Toys will aim to dispatch the item/s within 7 business days unless otherwise stated. KinksCloset Sex Toys reserve the right to extend dispatch times based on product availability. KinksCloset Sex Toys are not responsible for delivery times once the parcel is accepted by the third party carrier. Should you provide the wrong address when placing an order, KinksCloset Sex Toys are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at the expense of KinksCloset Sex Toys.
Credit Card Payments – The Site allows payments to be made via Visa, Mastercard or American Express credit cards. These payments are processed through an external company, Stripe. KinksCloset Sex Toys do not receive any of your card details that are entered on the Site. Stripe have their own separate terms and conditions which are not associated with KinksCloset Sex Toys. If paying by Visa, Mastercard or American Express, charges will be billed to ‘KinksCloset’.
PayPal Payments – The Site allows payment through PayPal. If this option is chosen you will be redirected to sign in to your PayPal account. PayPal have their own separate terms and conditions which are not associated with KinksCloset Sex Toys.
Links to Other Sites – KinksCloset Sex Toys is not responsible for any content or external websites that are linked from the Site.
Limitation of Liability – All products on the Site are intended for Adults Only. No descriptions or text on the Site should be interpreted as directions of use for a product. It is your responsibility to use a product safely and within your capabilities.

The seller of products, KinksCloset Sex Toys will not be held responsible for any situations which may occur from any product. The products at KinksCloset Sex Toys are made out of the most appropriate materials such as body safe silicone. Silicone can take some abuse, but like anything soft it can tear. With care taken, this item can last for a very long time. Although each product goes through rigorous quality control, they are handmade and therefore will have minor imperfections. Colour will vary slightly with each product.
