It was our anniversary, and while we enjoyed traditional celebrations, we also shared a common love of the less conventional, more stimulating ways of commemorating certain occasions. Since I was the one who thought of it, he was the one who would be bound on our special night. We went to our favorite restaurant, and when we got home, I strapped him in and started kissing and caressing his body until the doorbell rang. I told him I’d just be a minute. It was my sister. We strive to ship all orders received before 1:00 pm Mountain Standard Time on the same day. Back orders are shipped per your instructions. All orders are shipped F.O.B. Broomfield, Colorado. Orders are shipped via UPS Ground or Fed Ex Express Saver unless other arrangements are requested. The customer is responsible for all freight charges, insurance, handling charges and C.O.D. fees.

Free Shipping on Prepaid Orders

We will pay the ground shipping charges within the Continental U.S. for a wholesale prepaid order of $3000 or more. Payment is only accepted by cashiers check, money order, or pre-approved company check. Due to processing fees, credit/debit cards cannot be accepted as prepayment.

Return Window

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a return.

Return Process

1. Request a Return:

   • Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

2. Receive Return Authorization:

   • Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number along with return instructions.

3. Package and Ship Your Return:

   • Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging.
   • Include the RA number and a copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase.
   • Ship the return to the address provided in the return instructions.

Refunds

• Refund Process:

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If the return is approved, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

• Partial Refunds:

  • Items that are returned damaged, missing parts, or not in their original condition may be subject to a partial refund or restocking fee.

Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team.

Non-Returnable Items

• Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

Return Shipping Costs
