Made of our stretchy flexTPR, it'll keep the grip firm enough with a rubbery comfortable stretch. The MEGA-SQUEEZE design has more grip in the middle where you want it and less at the nut/sack openings top and bottom...all with a rubbery fat lip for longer wear comfort. We strive to ship all orders received before 1:00 pm Mountain Standard Time on the same day. Back orders are shipped per your instructions. All orders are shipped F.O.B. Broomfield, Colorado. Orders are shipped via UPS Ground or Fed Ex Express Saver unless other arrangements are requested. The customer is responsible for all freight charges, insurance, handling charges and C.O.D. fees.

Free Shipping on Prepaid Orders

We will pay the ground shipping charges within the Continental U.S. for a wholesale prepaid order of $3000 or more. Payment is only accepted by cashiers check, money order, or pre-approved company check. Due to processing fees, credit/debit cards cannot be accepted as prepayment.

Return Window

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a return.

Return Process

1. Request a Return:

2. Receive Return Authorization:

   • Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number along with return instructions.

3. Package and Ship Your Return:

   • Include the RA number and a copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase.
   • Ship the return to the address provided in the return instructions.

Refunds

• Refund Process:

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If the return is approved, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

• Partial Refunds:

  • Items that are returned damaged, missing parts, or not in their original condition may be subject to a partial refund or restocking fee.

Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team.

Non-Returnable Items

• Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Downloadable software products
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

Return Shipping Costs
