The XPLAY GEAR line is something our team has been wanting for some time – yes it follows on the heels of some other manufacturer’s fetish line brands, however, I think we will be carving out a whole new definition of what a specialty line can be. We decided to build on our current successes for the launch, building out the Wrap Ring™ line with new designs to improve their function, adding a male-focused douche line, and updating the Breeder and Jack Daddy. But we are also launching the first of a series of Finger Grip™ Plugs, I think customers will appreciate this simple patent-pending idea to help make plug insertion easier. The 20” inch (51 cm) nozzle is another option you can use with the XPLAY Pro Shower Douche. This nozzle is the same you would find in a hospital FR34 for deep enemas. It is made by and FDA compliant factory specializing in medical gear only. The rounded side venting capped (and filled) tip allows for easy insertion past your stool so to allow for deep irrigation. Made of a firm rubber (non-latex), it outperforms silicone due to its thin walls, smaller diameter, and ability to keep its rigidity to go deep easily.

Made of PF Blend, a proprietary blend of Silicone and TPR developed to provide superior stretch, comfort, and durability. Safe with water-based lubes, wash thoroughly with mild soap and water. Not compatible with latex. Store separately. Perfect Fit Brand Products are sold and intended for use strictly as adult novelty toys for entertainment. They are not intended for medical use and have not been clinically tested. No medical claims are warranted or implied by the use of these products. These products are Phthalate free, do not contain latex, and meet European EN71-3 toy safety standards.

We strive to ship all orders received before 1:00 pm Mountain Standard Time on the same day. Back orders are shipped per your instructions. All orders are shipped F.O.B. Broomfield, Colorado. Orders are shipped via UPS Ground or Fed Ex Express Saver unless other arrangements are requested. The customer is responsible for all freight charges, insurance, handling charges and C.O.D. fees.

Free Shipping on Prepaid Orders

We will pay the ground shipping charges within the Continental U.S. for a wholesale prepaid order of $3000 or more. Payment is only accepted by cashiers check, money order, or pre-approved company check. Due to processing fees, credit/debit cards cannot be accepted as prepayment.

Return Window

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a return.

Return Process

  1. Request a Return:

  2. Receive Return Authorization:

    • Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number along with return instructions.

    • Include the RA number and a copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase.
    • Ship the return to the address provided in the return instructions.

Refunds

  • Refund Process:

    • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and notify you of the status of your refund.
    • If the return is approved, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Partial Refunds:

    • Items that are returned damaged, missing parts, or not in their original condition may be subject to a partial refund or restocking fee.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Some items cannot be returned, including:

Return Shipping Costs
